Shipping Policy

Each piece of jewelry at Teri Lee Jewelry is handcrafted to order. Please allow 4–8 weeks for production before your item ships. This time ensures that we can create your jewelry with the care and quality it deserves.

If you need it sooner, please contact me as that is many times possible.

Processing & Production Time

• All items are made to order
• Production takes approximately 4–8 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and our current workload
• You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped

Shipping Times

Shipping time is in addition to production time. Delivery estimates vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout.

• Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping
• International orders may take longer depending on customs and carrier delays

Domestic Shipping

I ship with USPS and fully insure all domestic orders. You can choose from Priority Express, Priority, or Ground at checkout.

International Shipping

You are responsible for all customs and/or duty charges for international shipping. If you refuse to pay customs and your package is returned to sender, you will be additionally responsible for paying any fees associated with that return.

Important Notes

• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs
• Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. Incorrect addresses may cause delays and additional fees
